About The Staff
Doctors
Dr. Mark Lawrence is the owner of the practice, and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from LSU in 1993. He opened Woodsprings Animal Clinic with the help of his wife Regina in 1997. Dr. Lawrence enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing, going to the movies and spending time at the beach.

WAC Staff
Landon is one of our assistants, he has been with the practice since 2019. He has one dog and one cat. He enjoys video games, is an avid Star Wars fan and is an excellent cook.
Kacey joined the clinic in 2023, and is one of our assistants.
Keisha is our lead receptionist/practice manager. She has been with the practice since 2015, and holds Bachelor's degrees in both Animal Science and Nursing. She has seven cats and a multitude of tropical fish. She enjoys spending time with her son and family, riding scooters, road trips, and knitting.
Jackie is a member of our reception team, she has been with the practice since 2011 and is a Registered Medical Assistant. She enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren and going to the beach. Jackie has two dogs and two cats.
Shyann is one of our assistants, and joined our team in 2022. She has 4 cats and 1 dog, and plans to further her education by attending Veterinary Technician school next year. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, baking and cooking, and reading.
Permanent Residents
Our clinic has three resident cats. Lilly, Kitten and Shrimp Dip. If you have been to the clinic, you have probably met them!
Of course our main man Caribbean is pictured on our Welcome page, always in our hearts; we miss you big man!
